🔒Data and security
- No account: a household is a number with a join code. No name, e-mail or phone number needed.
- Server: located in Nuremberg, Germany. It stores the synced household data, alert places and push addresses.
- End-to-end: chat, family status, locations and document photos are encrypted; the key never leaves the household. Lost devices can be removed from the household.
- Groups are shared by design: whatever you share is visible to all members.
- Location is only shared if you switch it on (call for help, group sharing). The last point is stored, never a track.
- Daily briefing: an AI model receives alert places, supply quantities and people as age groups: no names, no diagnoses, no chats.
- No ads, no analytics, no sharing. You delete everything local yourself, everything on the server with an e-mail to office@prepper.team.
